The core of NetBoss Technologies, Inc. was formed at Harris Corporation in 1995. In 2007, this unit was moved into a joint-venture company, Harris Stratex, which ultimately became Aviat Networks, Inc. On September 7, 2010, Aviat Networks divested the unit to former and current NetBoss executives.
An accomplished executive leadership team has been assembled to lead NetBoss Technologies, including President & CEO, Jim C. Odom, who was instrumental in developing the initial NetBoss product and launching the business unit at Harris. Jim and his executive team head up a passionate and dedicated group of employees that possess exceptional product, market and customer relations experience and knowledge.
